OMB 0970-0631 · HHS/ACF.

OMB 0970-0631

The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) seeks approval for two information collections that support the Office of Refugee Resettlement’s (ORR) efforts to ensure Eligible Afghan Arrivals (EAA) across the country receive quality legal services as part of ORR’s Immigration Legal Services for Afghan Arrivals (ILSAA) program. Broadly, ORR’s programs provide people in need with critical resources to assist them in becoming integrated members of American society. ILSAA is a service funded by ORR that is dedicated to providing new populations with the opportunity to achieve their full potential in the United States. More specifically, ILSAA provides immigration legal services to EAAs across the country and helps build the capacity of immigration legal service providers. ILSAA is implemented by the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI) and ICF. This request is for the ILSAA EAA Intake Form and Intake Interview. The information collected would be used solely by ILSAA and is necessary to provide ILSAA with information to verify eligibility of the Afghan applicant to receive program services.

The latest form for Immigration Legal Services – Eligible Afghan Arrivals Intake Form and Interview expires 2026-05-31 and can be found here.
