School Nutrition and Meal Cost Study-II (SNMCS-II)

The SNMCS-II will provide a comprehensive picture of the school meal programs in SY 2019-2020 along key domains including the nutritional content of school meals, meal costs and revenues, student participation, plate waste, and dietary intake. Findings from SNMCS-II will be compared to findings from SNMCS-I (SY 2014-2015) to explore trends in these key domains.
