Why does the USPTO permit race baiting trademark classifications? Class 035 has been construed, for example, to allow "Business networking; Organizing business networking events in the field of Black higher education." But no trademarks for "White higher education" exist. See https://tmsearch.uspto.gov/search/search-results/97541721 . Is this fair? Why are you enabling racial preferences in trademark classes?
